A wireless internet service ("WiFi") is available at the premises of O2 Czech Republic a.s.. There is no legal claim to this service and the operator is not responsible for any loss or degraded quality or damage that might arise to customers in connection with the use of the service.

The operator is not responsible for any liabilities that might arise from the activities of customers using WiFi in relation to third parties.

The operator does not provide the customer with the device to use this service and does not even provide technical support to those customers who use it through the equipment. Internet access is not subject to the provision of personal data. For technical security reasons, the MAC address of the user's device that connects to the Internet is stored in the system for a period of time (maximum 24 hours).

Customers are required to respect copyright and other regulations and use information resources on the internet in accordance with legal and moral standards. Any misuse of data and information may be prosecutable.

The provided WiFi wireless internet is not encrypted. The transferred data may be visible to other users as well.
